Leadership

Leadership of the e-commerce practice.

The practice is led by operators, not consultants. Between them they have run marketplace catalog quality, seller onboarding, content moderation and large operations teams. They know what a bad listing costs, what a slow onboarding queue does to a seller and what a regulator asks for when something goes wrong. Governed AI does the volume. These are the people who own the consequential step.

The practice team

Four remits, one record.

Each remit below has a named leader who approves the consequential steps inside it. Their approvals, and the reasons for them, are written to the same audit chain as the agents’ work.

PL

Practice lead

Profile to be added

Owns the strategy of the practice and the partnership with each client. Sets the standard for technology-driven delivery: which steps agents run on their own, which steps stop for a person and what a finished piece of work has to look like before it leaves the building.

Runs seller onboarding and cataloguing end to end. Responsible for process optimisation and for the automation that reduces manual dependency, so that the team’s time goes to exceptions and judgement calls rather than data entry.

UG

Head of UGC review and moderation

How the practice is governed

Named approvers. A trail that cannot be quietly edited.

The e-commerce practice runs on the same governance as Bill Gosling’s regulated work. It is not a policy document; it is built into the platform the leaders above work on every day.

  • Named approversEvery consequential action (a bulk write, a takedown, a seller hold, a publish) is routed to a named specialist. No shared logins, no anonymous approvals.
  • Read free, write gatedAgents read, score and draft without waiting. Anything that changes a live listing or a seller’s standing stops at the gate.
  • Tamper-evident audit trailEach step, each approval and each reason is written to a chained record. If it is not on the record, it did not happen.
  • The eval gateWorkflows run against golden and compliance cases before they ship. A workflow that fails a compliance case does not go live.
